Enjoy a taste of Sardinia in our family-run restaurant. Savour delicious home-made dishes whose recipes are generations old, and indulge in a real taste of traditional Sardinian cuisine based on simple, fresh and extremely tasty ingredients which are produced on our farm. OUR FARM DAIRY

“Our robiola cheese: taste and memory. Just the same way as my grandma made it”

Our farm has a modern stable where pure-breed Sardinian sheep, together with goats, goatkids, donkeys and two ponies are sheltered. In our cheese factory we produce fresh raw milk cheeses and small wheels of fine mature cheese which we refine in a natural stone cave.
