What are the trattoria's opening hours?
We are open for lunch on Sundays and all public holidays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM; and for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Is it necessary to make a reservation to dine at Da Fabiana?
We recommend making a reservation, especially well in advance on holidays, to ensure you have a table.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
We serve Sardinian cuisine, with a focus on traditional dishes from Ogliastra. We occasionally offer special seafood menus.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we have several vegetarian options, but we are not able to accommodate vegan requirements.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We carefully select ingredients that are naturally gluten-free for certain dishes. However, due to shared preparation areas, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination despite our care and attention.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and Satispay, except for American Express.
Do you have children’s menu items?
Absolutely! We offer a dedicated kids' menu with suitable portions and dishes children enjoy.
Do you host events or ceremonies?
Yes, we can organize lunches or dinners for ceremonies of up to 60 guests.
Can I bring my dog to the restaurant?
We are pet-friendly! Your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash both indoors and outdoors.
What are your house specialties?
Our specialties include homemade Sardinian gnocchetti and culurgiones, roasted suckling pig, traditional Sardinian desserts, and goat and sheep cheeses from our own dairy.
Is parking available for customers?
Yes, we offer a reserved and easily accessible parking area for our customers.
Do you offer both tasting menu and à la carte service?
Yes, we offer both options, and each guest can choose what they prefer at the time. For groups or organized lunches, we recommend a tasting menu for everyone to ensure a smoother service.

What types of rooms do you offer?
We have 6 double/matrimonial/single-use rooms, all tastefully furnished and equipped with modern comforts. There are 4 room types: superior, deluxe, comfort, and standard.
What services are included in the stay?
Each room includes free Wi-Fi, independent heating, TV, minibar, towels and bathrobe, courtesy kit, private bathroom, hairdryer, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas. Guests also have access to the terrace and summer outdoor pool with heated water, towels, and sun loungers. Breakfast is included.
Do your rooms have air conditioning?
No, the rooms are not air-conditioned.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and at an additional cost.
Can I book a room for just one night?
Yes, we accept one-night bookings with a non-refundable prepayment. We recommend contacting us by phone.
Is breakfast included in the stay?
Yes, breakfast is included and served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome upon prior notice and stay free of charge. However, they are not allowed in the pool area.
Can I book a room if I’m traveling with children?
No, to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests, we do not accommodate children in the rooms. Our goal is to provide a serene getaway from everyday life.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before check-in. No deposit is required to confirm the booking; 7 days before arrival, we require payment of the first night, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid at check-out. For one-night stays, full non-refundable prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
Can I use the pool after the check-out time on departure day?
No, staying on the property after check-out time is not allowed. To enjoy the pool and other facilities, you can book a late check-out for an additional fee.
