Overview
Visit the barn and discover the daily commitment in the care of animals, follow the journey of milk in the cheese factory, observe the slow aging of the small forms in the natural grotto and taste the result of so much effort and dedication: a two-hour journey in our farm, to discover our work and taste fresh and aged sheep and goat cheese. We are waiting for you!

Program
We take you to our barn to get to know the life of the sheep, their diet, and their daily routine, a fundamental step to have excellent milk to bring to the cheese factory.
We follow the milk in our farm dairy, where every day the milk is curdled and worked: we show you all the steps of the transformation of raw milk into Robiola, a typical specialty of the Langhe.
After this hour together, you sit at a nice wooden table and taste our products.
You will then be free to spend as much time as you want here.
