Animals are only fed on hay from our meadows.

Simple does not mean easy: in the countryside and in the sheep shed you cannot take a break. There is a lot of work to be done, every day, all year round.

In January 2020 we opened an agricultural dairy where we transform the milk

Our Sardinian breed sheep have been selected for the quality of their milk.

In the dairy we transform the milk into fresh raw milk cheeses and small wheels of fine matured cheeses which we refine in a natural stone cave.

Grass naturally gives the milk the essential nutrients for the final quality of our cheese.

Our cheese comes from the immediate processing of milkp>

according to an ancient recipe,

and from the daily care of the cheese moulds.
